Yesterday my Inspire 2 lost signal while doing a 360 of a building behind the building, it hit the building and when I finally found the drone I couldnt find the XS5, of course the camera was attached to the Inspire 2 since i have the footage but I cant get to find it everywhere I look, it took my 3 hours to get the drone back.

I'm wondering in this case if I have the Care Refresh will it cover the X5S ??? I have the care refresh for both.

We are sorry to hear the crash accident. Unfortunately, lost or partially lost aircraft, gimbal or accessories will not be covered by DJI Care Refresh, which means the DJI Care Refresh service of X5S cannot be used unless it is recovered or partially recovered.
But if the accident was caused by malfunction, the aircraft and the lost gimbal will be covered in warranty.
