Mine is doing the same. What helps is to use the handstrap. As soon as there is some tension on the strap, it holds the phoneholder in place

We are sorry for the late response. The Extension Pole is too loose to fix the holder.
You can send in it for repair but it has been out of warranty, local repair center will charge from you.
