Hi when I take video with my Phantom3 it is very jerky and stop starts any idea what Im doing wrong/ Thanks in advance for the help

Is this the video taken from the SD card after the flight?  Is this the video feed during the flight?

is this the original SD card or a replacement?  Try formatting the card in the camera.  If it is a replacement card, it should be a class 10  card.   You might try recording at 1080 to see if it is a speed issue with the card.

Yep It is the sd card that came with it and sorry real beginner how do I change to 1080

it's in the camera menu.

you are welcome.  One other thing, it may be the device you are using to view the video is the problem.  I had to update the video drivers on my computer to be able to view the 2.7k videos.

I was thinking it may be my pc it is over 10 years old lol
