I send my Phantom back to DJI to exchange my ESC. After they repair my drone, they updated my firmware to 3.12
After I get my drone back, my Remote control cannot link with the drone

Do you know if i need to update the firmware on my Remote control as well ?

Doubt it, all you should need to do is re-link your transmitter, as DJI would have used their own one to test.
Your user manual will tell you how to do this.
I would describe the procedure, but you don't say what model you have.

I had to delete and reinstall phantom 2 assistant program to update to 3.12.

I got it from the manual

But another problem now!

I cannot cal the compass
Error 27

Make sure you do your compass calibration far away from magnetic and ferromagnetic (Steel, Iron,.... ) interferences.
Also check your compass values via the assistant software.

I try to cal it many time with many location in my apartment, still fail. Keep flashing red …..
When I was using 3.08, I am able to cal it at home….

Do NOT try and calibrate the compass indoors, it should be done out in the open well away from any metal or magnetic interference.
Also the compass fail LED's are Red / Yellow flashing.

I just try it outdoor, it works. Thanks.

Just remember,
The Compass dance is an outdoor and fair weather dance...
The slow dance is, well, for wherever it is appropriate!
