Had my mavik pro fly away on me for no reason way back in april. Ive been wasting my time with email and online chat.

After numerous emails they finally told me to send them my flight log info. However, by this time I had to buy a new phone because the phone no longer charges. I had set it up to sync my flight logs, but i guess that isnt good enough.

Im so fed up i decided to bite the bullet and buy just the drone. The package i bought was 999. They want 299 for a controller. If you take 999-299=700. Yet, a new drine is 759. That makes no sense to me. They told me it is a locked price and they cannot change it.

Guess im stuck with a paper weight controller and never buying another DJI product again. Suck because i really liked the drone but sticking me like this is horrible customer service

The combo is usually cheaper than single parts. The price in our online store is official and cannot be changed.
Like my colleague mentioned, you can try to contact other re-sellers, maybe they can provide discount or lower price.

I have tried all sorts of others to no avail. I find it absurd that your product flew away on me and your company isn't willing to give me any sort of deal on a new one. If your support were to have gotten back to me in a reasonable amount of time my phone may have been working to get you the logs. Also, what is the point of syncing the flight logs if you can't view them?

May 11 the original help request was sent. Not until June 13 did I get a response saying they needed the flight logs. I don't think that is a reasonable amount of time for them to then say we need the flight logs. Since I synced them you would think I would need to.

Off, I works nights and missed the phone call. The voicemail said he would email me how to upload the flight logs so they could determine if it is covered under the warrantee. Wtf I thought we already went o re this.

So I decide to call the number back. After waiting 30 minutes I could understand the horribly broken english.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I had checked the case and please provide us with the flight log for the data analysis. Please try to sync the flight records of your account on DJI GO/DJI DO 4 app, export the flight logs if you can get those flight logs then send back to us.  Thanks for the assistant.

Omfg, how many times have i got to tell you...the phone with the logs is not able to charge. Therefore, i cannot send them.
Wtf, kind of customer service is this? I have stated numerous times why the logs havent been sent.


All i have being asking is some sort of discount. Is that so hard to figure out.

Your company took over a month to ask me to send the flight logs. In that time my phones charging port broke. Therefore, i cant charge it to send the logs (my fault) all i ask is as discount. Wtf!

For the last damn time. My flight logs were synced and the phone no longer works!

I thought we were past this issue and onto whether i could get a discount on another one.

So far i showed the guys at work my emails and this thread and they all 100% agree this company is on drugs or something is seriously lacking else where.

So after ordering a new drone with the discount I received this email

For your claimed case CAS-635110-H3C3B2, we have already finished the analysis, and the result is as follows:


1. The aircraft was controlled by pilot in GPS mode, and responded to the pilot control well;
2. Pilot was pushing 100% pitch stick forward and yaw stick to the right. At flight time T=02:29, H=25m,D=219.7m, the aircraft flipped over and flight record ended.
3. Home point location:44.7526622 -88.6031946, and the last point was: 44.7542585 -88.6048303.

With the record ended without any sign of abnormality, we could not verify what happened afterwards.

We truly appreciate your support for DJI, and especially applied for a 30% off coupon for aircraft without charger and remote:


If there was no abnormality...how did it flip over? And to say I was pushing forward or hitting any control is horse@#$%. As soon as I couldnt see it behind the tree I got disconnected from the aircraft and went looking for it.

I have already purchased another drone at a 15% discount offered to me. I would hope you would give me a complete refund since your excuse as to why it flew away is bull^%$#. or at least return the other 15% offered to me.

Please DJI get your act together. Sending in a request in april and finally getting a bull@#$% answer on August 27 is not acceptable by any means.

So, i missed the phone call because i was driving at the time. I check my email and am told all i can get out of the complete lack of accountability from DJI is a free battery.

If there are mistakes why am i the one being held accountable?

Well, i already have 3 batteries so, why would i another?
