Help my mavic pro battery wont work. I was uploading the update and it vricked on me. Knoe it wont charge or work in the drone.

Try doing a firmware refresh using DJI assistant. That may do the trick

Just initiate an exchange. Batteries has six month warraty with less than 200 flights.

This is because the battery needs upgrading. Please try to upgrade it via DJI Assistant 2 on the computer if the battery has a total capacity above 50%, but if it is lower than this, leave it until the power is discharged, then try to charge it to full and upgrade it again via DJI Assistant 2. Here's the upgrading tutorial:

The "Discharge and then charge it to full": Yeah, not gonna work.
I tried that, but my battery wouldn't take a charge, had it on the charger for a full day!

Unfortunately i had to send it in..

Send an email about this issue to support@dji.com,  the Support will create a case for you and tell you how to send the drone in.
