I have a Osmo+ and I'm having the problem that my videos come out without sound, the firmware is 1.5.0.90 and the app 3.1.8 I understand that they are the last versions, I have reset the camera uninstalled and installed the application and nothing would be appreciated if someone could help me with this problem.

Please check if you have turned on the Record Audio in Audio Control.

Yes is activated but still no record audio, thanks anyway.
