Since DJI wont answer me i figured i should ask if any other customers had this issue.

I guess it was my fault but i have deleted the go 4 app yesterday and re installed it because 180  Pano mode was not showing up. it is now but all my flight data from my  previous flights are gone because i did not know i was supposed to sync  them. is there any way i can get this information back?

yea just resync with app

go to flight records and press the cloud icon again and choose period for back ups to re sync all again

i did not sync them in before i deleted the app because i did not know i was supposed to so that does not work.

ah i dont know the answer to that one but i am guessing some clever person on here will

Sorry to say that it is not able to get that info back, since you did not sync them. Do not forget to sync the flight records before you delete the APP if you want to recover it.

what happen to all the photos\video in the app when deleting & reinstall?? (for iOS)
