Is it possible to connect the CrystalSky to a computer using DJI Assistant 2?
When i try, i can not get it to connect.
If i tap the notification on the CS i am able to transfer files, but it will not connect to the Assistant 2 software.
I would like to be able to refresh/downgrade the software on the CS much like it is possible on my Mavic.

StianGel, sorry for the late response, CrystalSky cannot connect to DJI Assistant 2 to refresh/downgrade the system.
And it's system cannot be refreshed/downgraded at the moment.

Would it be possible for you or anyone official to create a "top" thread about the current firmware versions and app versions on the different CrystalSky's?
After reading it seemes there are some different versions out there.

I would like to just be able to download files from the Sky to my computer, but the monitor isn't recognized when I connect with a USB cable like all other Android OS devices.  Is it possible?

When i connect my CS to the PC (using the USB-C port) i get a notification on my CS.
Then i have to tap that to enable file transfer.

There is also a software update avaliable now.

Oh so you have to use the "C" cable to use the sky like a Droid phone is that correct? I tried using my regular Android data cable and had the same results as in your 1st post. Will give it a shot later.

Just tested, and my CS works with micro-USB as well.

Do you get any notifications on the PC when you connect?
Try a different port. (I am using a USB 3.0 port)
Check the device manager for any errors.

Just got my CS and in the Editor I can see multiple photos and some videos. I can find no way to pull these onto my computer. Tried connecting every cable there is. Can someone please help? Thanks.
