Hi All, not sure if i'm doing something wrong but I went thru the process to recieve approval creating an unlocking plan using the serial number from my controller and I'm within the yellow area outside of the red NFZ yet I still get the message "In NFZ", so im grounded. can someone please help? See the images provided.BTW - I circled in blue where i am in the yellow area.

The interface has changed since I last had to do this, but isn't this just a view of available and active unlocks? IOW, isn't there another step you have to do to apply the unlock?
