RC has solid green
front lights are red
status lights are just slow flashing red yellow....and that isnt mentioned in the guide.

what does it mean?

im connected to the RC wifi.

Have you got any error message on the APP? Please post a screenshot or a short video about this issue.

ok - i installed the dji app on my tablet and it connects ok.

the problem is that with my phone connecting to the RC i think. If my phone is connected to the RC wifi and i open the DJI app it still says "Need help?" with a wifi symbol.

On my tablet it says "RC Connected" at that point.

So i think the RC does not like to connect with my phone?

Yeah, looks like your phone hasn't got in touch with the RC. What is the model number of your phone? Have you tried to reinstall the APP, then run the APP when your phone in the  Airplane mode?
