Hi All, I lost my spark due to the fact that the wifi connection of the spark disappeared and when it re-appeared the spark was asking for the wifi password. Re-entering the password did not work, the connection was not made. Anyone else experiencing the same? Additional info: I was not using the remote, only my phone Phone: iPhone 6s Plus iOS 10.3.3 Spark: factory wifi SSID and standard factory password Spark: .500 firmware DJI go app: 4.1.5 All batteries also firmware updated Thanks

Haven't heard this one yet sorry you lost your drone, can you put up your log to see what might have happened, also where you flying over water if not your spark can only be no more than 80 metres away , have you tried find my drone.

Sorry for your loss, please sync the flight records, then send an email with your DJI account email and the date this occurred to support.nl@dji.com, the support will create a case and submit a data analysis for you.
