DJI Spark falling form sky, BAD Customer care story

I bought the spark from DJI store on 29/5. I gave them 868 euros for the combo version. They got money right away. It comes to me a month later, on 30/6 and just switched off I immediately knew a camera problem (there was dust in the sensor).


I take it back and after 10 days I come back with the replaced camera. I try it three times; Once I got disconnected from the remote controller. I wrote via chat and they told me to try again.


Try again. I fly the spark, I try to make panorama and fall  in the sea.
DJI analyzing flight data attests that there was no pilot error.


Their proposal is now a coupon for a 30% discount.
This way of doing is unacceptable

i think dji will recall spark. spark is very many problem

DJI determined that there was no pilot error and they won't  cover you 100%? Unless there's more to the story, that isn't right.
