I got weird jerky videos when capturing 4K videos.

It's also seem to be bulgy effects randomly in the movies.

I included a sample of a video showing the problem.

Everything latest and updated. It is present in all my videos.

How do I get rid of this ?

Do other users have this problem ?

DJI support !  Can you help me sort this out.

You need to upload the actual video taken with the drone and note the video's selected frame rate and resolution.

Ok, I will. But can you see the sudden stutter in the video?

Does Mavic support 4K videos in different frame rates ? I thought it was only one option

It looked more to me like the hand holding the camera pointed at the monitor screen shaking. Forgot to mention that when you upload the actual Mavic video to note the time(s) when you notice the problem.

Yes, there are two 4K resolution options, one is only 24fps, the other is 24/30. Might be only one option if you are shooting PAL.

They stutter is from -00:25 sec
Can't be missed.
Also there is random strange bulgyness to the video here and there

Ok, took a look and am pretty sure that's the drone and gimbal being buffeted by wind, the fact that you can briefly see the props at the same time is pretty conclusive evidence, and the vegetation seen strongly blown around in the beginning offer more support.

In general, if you get occasional hiccups in video, it's most often due to sudden wind gusts or acceleration/deceleration/nav changes, especially in sports mode. If it happens continuously, then there's a problem.

Not sure what you mean by "bulgyness" though.

There's also a fair amount of stutter as your pans exceed the speed at which they can be captured at 24fps.

Ok thanks for the reply. The wind was strong , never thought it could affect the gimbal but make sense.
But when moving slowly forward it seem to be larger areas of the video that sort of deforms. Can this be compression that doesnt update to the movement beeing introduced

Larger part of the visual frame maybe is a better explanation

Is the deformation the "bulging" you were referring to earlier? That's the more typical effect you get when a gust of wind pushes the gimbal beyond its ability to compensate. I noticed several of those later on in the video, particularly around 1:11. When you have a gimbal mis-calibration or seating problem the entire video will look like that.

No, I think you're fine and just need to fly in less windy conditions.

Hi there, I can not view the video on the Dropbox coz it was removed. But I learnt from your conversation with Ex Machina and noticed that you were flying it in a strong wind environment, please fly in another place with slight or no wind.
