Gimbal zenmuse doesn't work anymore

Hi,

When I started my inspire pro last morning, the zenmuse stopped working.

On the zenmuse, when I start it it does green - red - green and then it stays red.
On my App it says it doesn't have any video connection.

I then removed it and placed it on my Osmo but it still doesn't work.
The gimbal doesn't move at all.

I did a few things:
- I changed the batteries, i removed the sd card.
- I removed the zenmuse and placed it back.
- I cleaned the contacts with special contact cleaner.
Still no change after this.

My inspire pro was never crashed and the zenmuse was never hit.

How did this issue happened? Have you ever updated the firmware? Please can try to mount the X5 in Osmo handle, update the firmware via the steps below:
Download the firmware to the root directory of SD card;
Before power on, keep pressing the Trigger and Record button at the same time, then press Power switch for about 5 seconds until the indicator blinks red and green alternatively.
A few minutes later, when the indicator becomes solid green, delete the firmware in SD card and reboot the Osmo Pro.

Thank you for your quick answer.
1/ I downloaded the firmware Osmo Pro Firmware v1.4.0.70
2/ I did the manipulation, the Zenmuse led blink green 10 times and stop, the indicator blinks red and green alternatively, the fan turn on.
3/ After 43 minutes, no more battery.

I try with the older firmware. Osmo Pro Firmware v1.3.0.40 (in case :-).
45 minutes... Same.

On DJI app osmo, no link with the Zenmuse. N/A N/A

To answer to your first question.
Two weeks ago, I made update for all my dJi systems. It's easy to do all in the same time.
Phantom, Inspire, Osmo (no), Romin (no), Mavic.
No problem.

7 days after, I started my inspire. The zenmuse made the "danse" and my DJI App, on the iPad, inform me: no SD card. I stop my Inspire, put inside a SD card, and restart. The zemnuse did only half "danse". The message on DJI app was "no video connection". Stop and restart, no danse. Stop, change the battery, change the SDcard, remove the Zenmuse et placed it back. A "micro danse" and no more action, for ever (only red blink at the start).

I have 2 osmo, I tested on 2.
I have a DJI Lens control system, I plug it to wake up my Zenmuse, no more activity... only green led and fan :-(
