How to increase the quick shot video time to more than 10sec? Can we take video when the spark return to original position after completing the quick shot ?

you need to manually edit it.

QuickShot mode only generates a 10-second short video, you can not increase or reduce the time.  
After shooting finished, the drone will return to the original position and stay in P Mode and you can control your drone by RC or the phone.
