I am trying to update my firmware as my P4 screen keeps saying aircraft disconected. Whe I go to try to update firmware I get a few of the following
1,Cannot load firmware list

2, When it does get there it stops at 98% download

3, then when it up dates it stops at 1% and says update failed error 0003

Need some help with this I was supposed to fly for support for a charity event today

Did you update the firmware by DJI GO or DJI Assistant 2? I would recommend you to update via DJI Assistant 2. Here is the tutorial video, please have a try:

I have the same problem with my P4.
I tried to update via DJI Assistant 2 the firmware and I get the message "Cannot load firmware list".
I tried to Restory Factory Defaults and displayed the message Factory Reset Failed.
My P4 beeping always.
What can I do?

This is ridiculous. Went  out of cell coverage with friends to show them what my P 4 advanced could do and got locked out because of another required update. They won't being buying a P 4 anytime soon which is a pity because mine is for sale.
