While this restriction goes without saying, and I imagine many were already avoiding such installations & bases, it has now gotten a lot more serious. Be forewarned that it is not as simple as losing your drone either, you could be fined, made to pay the costs associated with taking down your craft, and any damage it caused, as well as the possibility of being arrested.
What is not clear is how this will be enforced or carried out and what will be considered a threat to the installation i.e. flying near it or directly over it. I suggest using extreme caution when operating in or near any military installations, and make a careful effort of determining those locations beforehand, as not all bases are clearly noted and identified.
