May I know what mobile device are you using? Had you tried to reinstall the app? Please try to refresh it by scanning the app's QR code on the official website.

DJIGo 4 crashes frequently for me too. I use a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ with RC for the spark and an LG tablet with the P4. Both crash frequently, but however, it usually restarts. That being said, Litchi seems to work consistently.

DJIGo 4 crashes frequently for me too. I use a Samsung Galaxy S6 and I have reintalled it several times. My P4 cannot even take off as the app reboots in less than 1 min since I open it.

Like Thor mentioned, please re-install it, the crash issue has been fixed in the latest version.

Could you please provide the details below for further analysis?
1. Operations before and when the Android device crashes
2. Aircraft model
3. Android version number
4. DJI GO app’s version number (shown under Settings of Me in the app, a screenshot will be highly appreciated)
5. Crash log, ( You can find it in mobile device/SD card/DJI/dji.pilot/LOG/CRASH)

Could you please provide us with the screenshot of the notification?
Besides, please also provide the info that DJI Diana mentioned at 7#, we would help to make the crash for a further analysis. Thank you so much.

OnePlus 3T is not on the support device list, but since we got your Samsung S8's crash log and we had forwarded it to the engineers, they will help to analyze and work it out. Thanks for your patience.
