i had contact to the DJI Support 2 weeks ago to request a refund of my unopened Spark Fly More Combo. The refund was acceppted and i was told an address to which i should send the Spark. The package was received on this address 10 days ago now but since then i dont get any response from the DJI Support via Email. Also i still dont have my money back.
