I know RC will not control 2 Sparks at the same time, but can one RC use for different Spark (one white, one red) without the need to re-sync or had to delete one?  Any thoughts?

Linking RC is recommended when you change to different aircraft.

Thanks for the reply.....I know how to link a RC to Spark, just wondering if one RC can control 2 Sparks separately without having to re-sync controller each time I switch out a Spark?  But I did the test, and YES, you must re-sync

Yes, the RC can only link to one drone at the same time. If you want to use it to control another drone, you need to link the RC to another drone.
