Thank you DJI Mindy.  Although... I have opted to return the X5 and replace it with the X5R so I will not attempt to rollback the Inspire 1 firmware at this point in an attempt to rescue the X5 camera.  I definitely suspect the X5 camera firmware was corrupted during my botched OSMO firmware upgrade attempt.  I really don't know.  It would be so very nice if DJI could provide the end user some way to reformat these devices firmware.  I will keep the Inspire BIN file though just in case the same issue arises with the X5r and I thank you for it.

We would like to check the log file of Osmo Pro. If it is hardware malfunction, we can do nothing to rescue it remotely, let alone reformat the firmware.

I'm trying to downgrade my X5 to this version Mindy posted. I put the bin file on the SD card, inserted into X5 and got the following log message:

Result: Abort.
The firmware on the SD card is identical to or older than the current firmware on the device.

Result: Abort.
The current firmware does not support downgrade. Use a different version of firmware to downgrade the target version.

Where do I find the OSMO log file?  I will be happy to show it to you.  I have just received the X5R and I would rather not risk fouling it with what could possibly be corrupted OSMO firmware.

When the firmware finish updating (no matter successful or failed), there will be ''Result'' file in SD card, and a detailed log file in hidden folder.
Please open hidden folder named MISC/LOG in your computer (please Google how to show hidden folder), thank you.

Flying area missions with DroneDeploy app causes the images to be blurry. Everything works fine with the Go app however pre and post mission. I've eliminated the cause to be wind/flight speed and/or altitude. I can only figure it to be the latest firmware update. I've only had problems since installing it.
