Did you trigger the RTH or Landing on the APP by accident? You can replay the flight records to double check it.

When it was landing, it was turned on or turned off?

I did not run the rth, landed alone after it stopped, no longer responding to the commands

Could you please sync the flight records and provide me with your DJI account email and the date this occurred? I'd like to look into it. Besides, please refer to the video below to export the data, I'll forward them to engineers for analysis if it is necessary.
