Just got my focus wheel 2 and connect to my Osmo pro. But even I turn the wheel to full range, it can't focus to the infinity with DJI kit lens, no this problem with the OLYMPUS 45mm lens, Any one know what's the problem?

Is that possible to upload a short video for better assistance? Does this issue only occurs on 15 mm lens?

I hawe olso this problem but with handwheel first version.
When i turn on the osmo the focusing is not work. When i reset camera settings focus start working until sleep or turn of.
At second turn on focus issue begins...
Also i see whenni chenge setying from PAL to NTSC the focus starr working
I thing issue in Go App

I don't think it relates to APP.
Did you try to flash the firmware of Osmo Pro?
All firmware of Osmo Pro and Focus must be the latest version.
Please try to flash the firmware via the link below to see if it works.

Could you happen to provide us a short video about the problem and all firmware version in General Settings--About for analysis?
If you believe it relates to APP, we have released iOS APP V3.1.18, you may have a try.
