I finally was able to video the issue I have with my goggles. Got any ideas? Sometimes they work, sometimes they dont.

If you activate the Goggles with the same DJI account as the forum's, try to sync your flight record, and it might take one to two weeks to show this avatar. You can sync by this route: launch DJI GO app----upper right icon for DJI GO 4 / upper left icon for DJI GO ---- flight record----upper right cloud icon---- select all and start synchronization.

Yes...I've done that a few times...the distance is over 200,000 under what my flight records show too...

Thor...seems this problem is related to the connection between the headband and goggles. When it doesn't work I push tight on the connection and it works...I ve also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the headband...sometimes that works..I've cleaned the connections and done all the standard DIY fixing but will ultimately send back...it's just right now is prime time for filming and I've got spoiled with them.

When you get these sorted, don't forget to try those focus-fixers.com things. Those made my goggles extremely sharp & of course more immersive. They also helped to nearly eliminate ALL of the light bleed from the temples of your head area.

Yes I plan to...I see everyone is happy with them...I'm trying to figure out the ones I need...looks like I need maybe a different one for each eye which they said they can do..but they got impacted by the hurricane and can't ship till late October....

The alternative to focus fixers if you are in a hurry is to have the lens frame 3d printed then install your own lens.

No...I wish it was that easy...seems I've zeroed in on the connection with the headband....when it shows the single green I disconnect and reconnect and then it works.....so I'll see if it keeps working. I'm probably going to send back in for a fix per Thor but enjoying the flying weather right now

Thanks...they should have them for us guys who have 1000's and 900's too..... I know you can't get the flights but we should be able to show we have more than what shows....just sayin....ok, maybe an ego thing...and a ton of money with DJI.....

I bought a pair of goggles in May... used them a little but I didn't like them and decided to sell them on eBay. The buyer has an Inspire 2 and is having difficulty with head tracking... now he says they don't always power up. They were like brand new when I sold them.  Is there any way DJI can help me help him?

Hi, please refer to the tutorial below. Head Tracking is introduced at 1:54. Please note that head tracking is only available when connecting the RC via USB cable for Inspire 2. Hope it helps.

Thanks DJI Thor! I previously shared this forum thread and the repair link. Hopefully there's an easy solution. If not, I hope the warranty will help! He's pretty frustrated.

It looks like he may have posted on here as well about his Inspire 2 / Googles head tracking issue. He told me he also had power up issues.

I agree he needs to work with you directly. Thank you in advance for helping him!

The problem with my goggles is as the video shows...when you first try to power up and press the power button it turns the first green light on before you have a chance to push it twice. This makes it so the goggles won’t power up after the second push . I believe the issue is in the band connection to the goggles..I can flip the goggles up,and down..even push them in more and it will act normally...lately I just disconnect the goggles from the band and plug them back in..90% of the time it works..the other 10 I repeat.

I hope DJI fixes yours for you. Did they offer a free repair? Intermittent issues are difficult to solve for sure.
