No signal between controller and drone and cant see live video from drone to controller and also drone has no singal.

Please describe your system in detail. Aircraft model, RC model, eventual tablet/phone used, firmware release version for both, DJI GO version, if the problem showed after an update or is it a brand new aircraft at first use..
