Really disappointed to find that the option to shoot raw stills whilst in Active Track does not exist on the Mavic Pro
I can shoot jpg or 4k vid only. I spoke to DJI who asked me to reinstall the DJI app but of course this was clearly a fob off
Can anyone confirm that what I have experienced is correct. No raw in active track !

Correct, Active Track disables raw (and more annoyingly, doesnt always put it back when you exit either).  Its not a reinstall app problem - its a limitation of the app or firmware itself.
It also makes active track effectively useless for stills.

Yep, I've been on this since my first Mavic last year!  

Submit feedback THROUGH THE DJI GO 4 app on your phone/device.  That is the best way to get suggestions to the right people.  It cuts out whomever is the middleman.

Yes, RAW is not available during Active Track. For 4K video, what mobile device are you using? You can try to change the recording mode after activating Active Track.
