I've seen videos and photos of people live streaming to Youtube or Facebook. They go into the general settings (four dots) and the option is near the top.
My app doesn't even have that as an option and my general settings look different to those photos and videos.

I live in New Zealand and have a DJI Spark. I have downloaded the latest version (4.1.5) of the Android app 'DJI GO 4 ' from the Play Store onto my Samsung Galaxy S7. I have the app that is 'After P4'. I've attached photos of my general settings. What am I doing wrong? Is it not available for my device or in my country? It almost looks like the app is for the Chinese region based on ther other general settings.

Thanks in advance.

Android device can not do the live stream with Spark because when Android device connects to a Wi-Fi with no internet, the device has no other internet to support the live stream. Thus there is no this option for Android device.

Think as no updates or replies to my moans, my only option will be the OTG route. I just had heard DJI were not recomending users to fly with OTG on spark as it hasn't been fully tested is the only reason i decided against spending £15 on the cables for it not to work.....

£15?

I'm using that and a short(ish) data cable.
From what I've read, and tried, best route is;
Power up Spark
Power up remote, wait for green light
Plug USB into phone
Plug OTG into remote

So far doing that has worked fine every time. YMMV.

Thanks for the reply my friend. I have a Samsung S8 so i'll need the USB-C version, i'd seen on another thread it was £15 for the USB-C version......

But surely the OTG cable is needed for the Goggles, so they must support it?

Dji would rather have iOS than Android. The live stream option could be integrated. Android even raises multi-window for years, it should be able to. You can also make internet / call, etc. via your mobile network. For many companies, they focus more on iOS than android.
