I just tried to d/load my flight logs

1 Computer does not recognize the CrystalSky?
2 Can't install 3rd party App like AirData to upload my files?

How can I D/load my logs to save them to my computer and/or upload them for future use diagnosing problems and/or upload them to Airdata to have an archive ??

Do I need to use DJI Assistant to d/load them?  Never mind I just checked Assistant doesn't recognize the CS as well?

There is no need to download DJI Assistance 2, please refer to the following steps to find flight records:
1. Please connect the CrystalSky to the PC via USB cable, the driver will be installed automatically.
2. When it finshes installation, please click on the "Bell" icon at the left top side or the menu at the middle of the screen, then a list will appear.
3. Please click on "Connected USB" in the left side.
4. Then click on "Open USB store"--"Confirm".
5. Open the disc named ''DJI'', find the flight records in ''DJI/dji.pilot/FlightRecord”;
6. When you finish the exporting, please pop up the disc, then click ''turn off the USB device''.

Followed your instruction and was able to d/load Flight Log data, but this is what I get when I open the .txt file:



Any help in reading these is much appreciated

This also happens when I try to PM a moderator??

Logs are binary.
Upload to http://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/ and you can see them there.
