I just updated my I1 x3 with the lastest firmware and checked the results and it gives the wrong date.    Is this normal?

It's probably just fine. I would imagine that it resets the date back to "default", which in this case is January first of 2014, at midnight.

As soon as the device is connected to the DJI app, it will probably update back to normal. I wouldn't worry about it.

Scroll down to the bottom of the file, the last line is the current one.

I always find the dates to be wrong .  I just keep track like Mark said, the BOTTOM one on the log is the most recent .
