Here are a couple reasons why you may be obsessed with Drones/UAVs

• You love gadgets, fishing gear, boating gear, etc
• You grew up in the eighties.
• You grew up playing video games (Flight Simulators, Halo, Counter-strike)
• You can finally have a "gadget" that is better than anything James Bond, Michael Knight or Batman ever had.
• You have a real pilots license or you want to have one.
• You're still a "kid" at heart.
• You are a video/filmmaker/photographer
• It's the closest thing to actually flying
• You still think Stringfellow Hawke is cool.

I love creeping up on people with my mavic! I did it to two hikers today and scared the crap out of them lol! I got on film so funny

"Being a creep" doesn't make it onto my list of reasons why someone would be obsessed with drones.

I flew fixed wing for a long time but the drone (mavic) is just as good fun quick to get ready to fly

Yup.  All the above, except I am still "growing up".

You can watch the wildlife without getting in the danger zone

Call me Peter Pan never growing up boys n toys all the way

There are some things, some habits that flying with a drone can make me feel.
I wake up early in the morning; get all my stuff!
Travel with my SUV on gravel roads that are awesome.
Go to a place that I am completely alone. I with myself.
Launch my drone, get some adrenalin in my veins and fell alive.
This is my best luxury!

Only time i can fall from the sky and not die lol

Every time a new one comes out you just have to have it whether you can afford it or not lol
