cant get Lightbridge to work, A2, z15-gh4

I'm having a hard time setting up Lightbridge with my Z15-GH4. I'm not sure if it's the iOS app that isn't working or if I'm doing something wrong. Starting with the Z15 GCU , I have the 9 pin plugged in (green wire to right) going to the 10 pin gimbal (green wire up). Also from the Z15, the 6 pin goes to the upper gimbal port (nothing goes in lower port)? From the Z15 the G7 cable is connected to the LB gimbal port. From the Air System dbus goes to A2 X2 port. I've powered and linked the air/ground station (green light on both units, but red for video on air system). iOS app always gives a "failed" error when I try to change any setting. Original Apple cable (I've tried two) Any help or suggestions appreciated.

I see a couple of things..first I dont see "USB debugging" activated on the Samsung for the DJI app...if debugging isnt activated then you wont get video..On mine I turn on everything then start the app. When it gets to that exit or wait I will wait about 15 seconds then close out the app and restart it...If USB debugging doesnt start then you have to go into your Samsung settings, usually something like Developer options or something like that and enable Debugging. On the pictures above you need to have both leds on the LightBridge Air unit green.

Everything on my Tablet is OK.  I change the Lightbridge for a new one and works! The old Lightbridge show me that problem!

I have the same problem with the ground system. The option for ground system decoder upgrade is not showing any current version or available updates. Everything was ok but now I have no video or OSD.

Any findings?
I've the same problem, tried on several Android's and the debug mode is a no show. When I plug to my computer, it shows immediately.
And same, only the main controller firmware version shows up. Couldn't find any way to "hard reset" this $%# GC.
Definitely think there is something with the GC, I'm on a job, and right now I'm @@#$...

I have the same issue when trying to connect to my iPad. No Ground Ststem decoder or transmitter firmware in the Lightbridge windows app. I'm also on firmware 1.1.9 for the main controller.
Anyone find a fix or is it a send to DJI???

Wait about one minute after powering on, if the ground system decoder and ground system transmitter are still not detected by the software. please contact DJI support for repair

I contact DJI support for repair. BILL -380 USD, it's ok ? How can i damage metal box,  maybe - delayed breakdown from DJI factory ? I don't pay, because after 1 year that can repeat, again 380 - Just because !!!!!???

I asked my seller, he told LB from Russian dealer, but Ukraine and Russia not friends now. I better sell all my DJI stuff. LB made by DJI it's 100%, no damage, just no video one time, only You can know why. Sorry for missed paper.

I have the same problem. First device replaced, new device work for one time, and after it is not used for a while (one month or so) no work anymore, same problem. I'm pretty sure that DJI ave a big problem with this units. I hope they can and want solve it, because I spent around 1000 euros for this brick. And it is unuseful if avery time I let it off for a while I must have problem when I switch on.
