Istock Photo has good music too. It is not free, but it is good.

For free options I tend to start at CreativeCommons.com.
They have a meta search for several sites like Jamendo.com, SpinXpress, CCmixter.com, and Soundcloud.com.
The creative commons {by} license will allow you to use the music by giving attribution to the author, but doesn't necessarily exclude a commercial use. There is a lot of music available, but it can take some digging to find something you like.
I have been using music from soundcloud.com/hikosaemon but it is much more electronic and some folks don't care much for the match between the video and the music. (but that's ok.)  One reason I use his music is that he has everything he's made licensed with the CC-by licence. (That and he's local for me.)
