Did you calibrate the compass before flight?

Otherwise it looks like a hardware problem.

yes absolutely, several times and it becomes the same.

Remove the white foam piece from behind the gimbal maybe?  It's packing material.

Description of problem:
Problem with Jiggling. I was testing the drone for the first time then this error occurred ,  drone start shaking sideways.
I removed the foam piece from behind the gimbal and calibrated the drone, but remains the same.
Watch the video and you will see the problem.

Two different Problems i guess, the first video must be a gimbal problem, Maybe something went in the gimbal motor or something is blocking it etc.. it looks like a defective unit. The 2nd video is just the rolling shutter effect cause of vibrations. Some P3s have it, some not that much . Rolling shutter will appear on sunny days combined with wind the most. The Phantom1,2 and 3 can hardly compensate the vibrations to the gimbal because of the small size and stiff materials used. Normally you have to balance the motors, balance the Props or try different props (which is not possible sadly), and buy ND Filter.

I had a similar problem with the gimbal twitching - I upgraded to firmware 1.1.6 and it was cured

My version is 1.1.8 and same problem....
