Aftter reading the others had success using the Tab 4 with their P3, I went to Walmart to see if they had them. They had a floor model for $133 but none were in stock. The sales associate called several other stores to find out that no one nearby had them in stock.

So I decided to go to the Sprint store across the street since I've seen the advertise the Tabs from time to time. Turns out they had the Tab 4 but listed the price as $299 or with their EasyPay, $12.50 a month for 24 months, which is a ridiculous price.  However,  the sales lady told me they had an unadvertised promotion that knocked $10 off the $12.50/mo for the 24 months. So I got a brand new Galaxy Tab 4 for $60, no contract. They had an additional promotion of 1/2 off service for an added line so I got a 1GB data plan for the Tab for $7.50 per month. Which will come in handy for the Google Maps that the Pilot app uses.

Oh, and it works great for my P3.
