Just wondering what cheap options we have for transmitting video to a second operator using the remote controller for the Ronin-M/Ronin


I saw some people were using the Nyrius ARIES Pro last year, however this unit has doubled in price to around 500 bucks.
Anyone know of some cheaper options for hdmi video transmitters?

What camera are you using? I'm using a GH4, so I have the Panasonic app on a phone/tablet which I can use as a wireless monitor
Not sure if the camera you are using has a similar option or not.

I'm using an A7s for the Slog2, the A7s can transmit to smartphones etc for remote viewing over WIFI however when using feature, it disables Slog2. Its a HUGE downside, hopefully Sony fix it on the next firmware update but I doubt they will.

what I have chosen to do for the time being is a cheap AV setup using a HDMI2AVI converter and some cheap 1.2ghz video transmitters. If anyone wants to know the setup, send me a message.
