I updated the latest version of dji LightBridge both in the air system and the ground system and the air system does not receive video gopro connected to hdmi, the previous version was fine now the only problem is the CONNECTION video cable is connected again and have phantom 2. someone help me please
video LED flash red and the LED on the control is in green. upgrade it to the latest version:
Ground main system controller: 1.1.9
Ground decoder system: 1.4.7
Air system main controller: 1.0.6
Air encoder system: 1.1.9
App Android: 1.0.5
and now I connect already updated the air system on my pc appears only Air main system controller: 1.0.6 only and the other did not appear. in the ground I get everything right on the pc.
If you are not seeing the encoder on the air unit that is a problem. Try and power cycle the air unit then reinstall the firmware. Try another usb cable. If the encoder module does not reappear then you will need to contact DJI for repair/replacement.
I've updated again with 3 different usb cables yet the problem still did not appear air system encoder. how do I contact them ?? I will have to send the air system I repair or give me a new one. living in panama city.
If you are not seeing the encoder it doesn't matter what firmware version you run. How long are you waiting, sometimes mine takes up to a min. to populate? Are you using wifi or lan?
I left it up to 15 minutes waiting and I do not see the air system encoder. CONNECTION is lan.

There is a solution but it involves disassembling the air system and reflashing the firmware. Very complicated process and I haven't tried it yet. But others say it works.
