I have a new TB47 battery that has only four (4) charge cycles on it and is showing problems. I really do not trust it and would like this replaced. I have sent a message to DJI support but not heard a resonse back. I cannot figure this one out.
Hjm ... I got these errors also (before) ... but then they where just gone from the history.
Would DJI care to explain why this happens?
Or at least assure us that there is no wrong with the batteries although the app display these error codes!
Yes, I have restarted the pilot app and the ipad. So far these messages have not cleared. The cell voltage looks better on this battery than some of my others. Doesn't make sense why I am getting these readings.
When I return from trip, I will fly this battery down to 10% and check it again. Hope it does not go dead and drop from the sky.

Rich,
I got some messages on one of my batteries but after recharging them a couple of times the error messages simply got replaced and now I have no warning messages and not experienced any further problems with the battery.
Not saying that you won't have any further problems, just confirming what Autumn is saying that if it doesn't clear itself after recharging then there may be a problem. it sorted itself out for me just by the recharging process.
Rich, you may want to take the battery down to 5% at least and then recharge. I had a similar issue where the app told me that I needed to take the battery down to 5% and then do a full recharge. I took it down to about 8% and then recharged. The error was still there. I then took it to 3% and charged to 100%, no more errors. Just a thought.
Autumn,
I flew the battery down to 19% and then allowed to continue to 10% and stopped. I charged it back up completely and the errors are now gone from the app. Please see the photo showing the situation. Based on what you said, the battery should be okay, but I will monitor this for more charge cycles. The flight time is shorter than expected for as little as I flew the Inspire around... I wanted to keep it fairly close incase I needed to land quickly.
