Hey Guys,

I m having issues viewing my flight logs in the app?

I can see all my flights I have taken and the time I flew and the distance and height.

My map keeps saying its loading pls see the attachment:

Then When I choose anyone of the flight and click on it the apps crashes.

Any help would be greatly appreacited.

I ve have waited for about 5 mins. How long should I wait for and does the P3P does it need to be on?

Im remembered it took time for me, maybe 5 - 10 min. but dont remember exatly. Is your mobile connection / wifi allright  ?

I waited last night for almost 20 mins and nothing still the same.

My mobile / Wifi  connection is fine . I am able to syn 100% and its fine tried clearing catch and that didn't  help.

Should I reinstall the app?

Ok this is getting quite weird. I just downloaded the app for my mobile which is a iPhone 6 plus and log in to my account and see no flight logs so I sync it and still nothing is this normal?

Your iPad needs an Internet connection to be able to determine location (by name).

Mine updates as soon as it is back on WiFi.

I did have my internet on but that didn't help at all.

Waited 20 mins or so and nothing and I have super fast internet fibre optic at home so it can't be that.

Just deleted the app on my iPad and downloaded and again and opened it nothing. So I syn with cloud and still nothing? Do I need to go home and be next to my P3P  and be connected to the control to be able to get my flight logs again or are they gone for good?

Can you pls send the crash logs to support and sync the flight records? In the folder pilot/crash of your device.

How do I do that?????

He didn't crash his Phantom, DJI Autumn.
It was the iPad app which crashes and closed, while he's waiting for the flight logs to load... ;-)

Or am I, missing something?

Once the app crashed, there will be a crash log you can find it in your mobile device. I remember it was in DJI or Pilot folder. Engineers can check the crash log to optimize the software.
Since you use the support device I think it should not happen.

Thanks for this but I can't find the crash log for DJI app on my iPad mini 3. Where exactly do I find this so I can give it to DJI?

Also I haven't tried to pull the logs off the phantom 3 using a computer will try that later tonight when I m home. I hope I get all my previous flight records cause as I mentioned when I reinstalled the app I lost all my records..........

Do you have your flight records left in your ipad mini 3? If so can you pls use itunes to extract the flight records? Then you can send it to autumn.a@dji.com. I will also ask how to extract crash log from iOS device then report to you.

Yeah I can syn success but none of my previous flight logs appear again........ So the only logs that I have on there at the moment are the flights I have done recently even those are saying map loading which is weird.

Hey, just confirmed it. Cannot extract it from itunes. So if anyone has the crash issue (when click the any/specific flight record) with a device in support list, pls extract the corresponding flight record via itunes then provide it to support!

HI All,

I having the same issue again Autumn was able to help but after the latest app update I have the same issue.

I have emailed Autumn a lot of times and haven't had a response in two weeks.
