Hello guys,

I have the S900 with the A2 controller and fly it with the dx8 from spectrum.
Im having signal loss problems during flight that start from 300m distance already wherafter it automatically returns to home.
This drone has not been build by me but i noticed that the antennas from the A2 controller are just bundled up together (see picture). Can this be the problem, because the manual states it should be in an angle of 90? Or should i be troubleshooting somewhere else?

the antenna whips must be separated by 90 degrees apart, as shown in the diagram in the A2 owners manual. yours is incorrectly built.

Correct but because you are using spektrum you are relying on the satellite connected. The a2 anttennas are there if using the built in dr16.

Can you post a picture on how the satellites are placed? Remember CF creates tons of shadowing and must be placed correctly.
