The only way is to find it during the process of making photographs....

i use ;

H : 6 m/s  and   V: 3 m/s   .  

I would say it depends on the subject(s) you're shooting.

I fly with 3m/s (h) and 3 m/s (v).
Did someone work with the automatic camera trigger. I tried to use it but it did´t work.
