We have been using Vision 2+ for only 2 weeks. Before all of the motors worked properly. We traveled and brought it with us in a case specially made for the Phantom. When we reassembled the proppellers only one of the motors was functioning correctly and the other three were making high-pitched noises and were trying to spin but could not, now only two of them work, one of them turns on correctly and the other one takes a second to turn on, the other two barely move. Any suggestions to what to do, or where to send it would be highly appreciated.

Thank you

Without opening this bird up and having a look, your pretty limited as to what to try.
Look at the motors by simply checking down the sides of the motors to ensure no debris or any kind of obstructions are present.
First thing would be to plug it into the PC assisatant and see if there are any errors present.
If not, its less than 2 weeks old with no crash damage, so return it for service or replacement from your dealer.... or DJI direct whichever you feel will give the best results......

If this is not an option for whatever reason, then we will cross that bridge when we come to it...

Do you feel a resistance in turning the motors by hand or do they all turn freely?

Reply again  Why did you post twice

Have you ever had it crashed before?
How are the LEDs light?
Try to re-calibrate and before you contact dealer or Suport Center you need to give imformation above.

I really don't understand why people come on here asking questions and then disappear.
To me it still sounds like the OP removed the prop guards to fit in his travel case and used the longer screws back into the motors, cant see any other way for 3 motors to fail all at once.
Guess the OP is too embarrassed to come back and admit it.....??

Hi Gabriel, glad you are back.
So when you removed the prop guards, did you put the same screws back in, because if you did the longer screws supplied with the guards will damage the motors and give you the symptoms you describe.
I would replace all 4 motors to be safe and make sure you use the correct screws next time.

It must have been that, my father put in the prop guards and I did not notice that the screws were longer. Thank you very much
