The image occasionally is jerky and sometimes it freezes, using my ipad2 or android phone. Why does this happen?

       here is the vision app Mobile Device Support:   

iOS recommended: iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPod touch 5 (available but not recommended: iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad mini)

Android recommended: Samsung Galaxy S3, S4, Note 2, Note 3 or phones of similar configuration

You need to try and go into the preview quality in the app and lower the preview quality to either 640x480 15 fps  or 320x240 15fps.

I am using the ipad mini and these setting have pretty much solved the problem. But there will be lag occasionally. Lets hope that future phantoms can limit the lag.

I can not REGISTER with your application, downloaded with googleplaystore (samsung galaxy s4), always appears to me a message saying time out, are recorded in the site but the app does not work what do I do, I have a phantom 2 vision.
