I use a SansDisk 32 GB micro SDHC card in my Phantom.

I can take 5, 10 and 15 minute videos at 1080i 60fps wide view (the max file size), and  all show in the App Album, and all play using a computer to read the SD card video files.

But when I record at 1080i 60fps wide view for 20 minutes, the video is recorded to the SD card and has file size = about 2.4 GB.
But this 20 minute video does not show or play in the DJI Vision App Album; and when card is read with a computer, the file will not play.

Does this have something to do with the computer operating system or the Phantom camera.

Did you happen to turn off the phantom before you stopped the recording of the video?

No, did not turn off the Phantom.  I am aware if the Phantom is turned off, the videos can be corrupted and will not play.

I have tried this many times now, I cannot record at 1080i 60 fps for 20 minutes - the video will not play.  Something to do with this 1080i 60fps format for 20 minutes??  1080i 60fps videos for 15 minutes or less works fine, but 20 minutes, no go!

I have recorded many times with 1080p 30fps for 20 minutes, works fine also.

I only have a 4 gig card that came with the phantom, but let me setup mine here and use your settings and see if I can record the tv in here.  I'll get back to you with the results.

I'm recording now at 1080p and 60 fps

Well, I recorded 22 minutes at 1080p 60 fps and could not view the video directly from the sd card.  I downloaded it to my computer and it did play ok.  there are a couple of options,   1. only make 15 minute videos, then stop and restart the camera when you are flying to make another video file or 2. contact DJI and see if they have a fix.

One of the first things I did with all my Phantoms was take out that cheap ass class 4 card that DJI included and put in some decent class 10 cards!  The SanDisk cards should be ok but have you tried using a different card?  Something I tend to do on a regular basis, once I've copied the files to the hard drive, is wipe everything off the card and reformat.  And, as Gerry1124 already noted, trying to play directly from the card sometimes causes playback problems but transferring to the hard drive does improve performance.

Trying what @gil said above, you can borrow a different card then have a try.
Actually you are not the only one who experienced this problem, but when we asked for a video of the issue but haven't had any response yet...
If you can not solve it with measures above, take a video then I can let others give opinion.

Re insert SD card into Phantom for 10 seconds or more, to complete the video file.
Turning things off before you press stop recording in the APP will corrupt the file.
