SOOOOOOO Disappointed that my order from Davesmotors, the only officially available ribbon cable has been refused due to selling out very very quickly..... (THIS ALONE SHOULD GIVE DJI AN IDEA OF THE DEMAND FOR SUCH PARTS, but I'm sure you already know.)
Not only was this based in the US, but by the time I had information here in the UK and ordered, it was still to late.
Despite the fact that I have had numerous conversations and contact with various "subdue" or support personnel, not one of them gave me a heads up on this supply of ribbon cables.... I have a feeling that we are not in the loop on this forum and we really are here to be pacified.......
CAN ANY PERSON FROM DJI SUPPORT PLEASE ALLOW or ARRANGE FOR ME TO BUY A RIBBON CABLE here in the UK..........
If not....
CAN YOU PASS THIS REQUEST TO SOMEONE WITH THE AUTHORITY TO ACTUALLY MAKE A DECISION OR AT LEAST NOTIFY YOUR MANAGERS OF THIS ONGOING ISSUE.
I don't want contact with any more support staff via emails with me having to explain AGAIN, no more false promises and no further lectures on how its highly complicated and requires immense and sensitive calibration that can only be done by DJI etc.....
I do not want to send my Gimbal to Germany unless you are going to accept the cost of any such repairs that are not required in full......
I've seriously had enough of asking nicely and going round in circles whilst still having to explain to every member of staff on the way round....
THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN EASY AND SIMPLE THING TO FACILITATE AND ONLY ENFORCES THE VIEWS OF MANY CONCERNING YOUR SUPPORT STRATEGY.
