Hi,

Our S1000 Premium dampers are worn out so we ordered new ones (S900 Part 35).

The new screws are thinner and just slightly longer (about 1mm longer). Also the package did not come with the metal plates that go in between.


My question is should the old thick screws be used instead of the thinner new ones or are the motors meant to be eaven looser?
There is a picture attached with the new screw on the left and the old one on the right.

Also are the metal plates mandatory (seems like they are just to protect the wearing of the rings)?

Where did you buy the part? Are you a dealer or just a customer? There is no photo attached, please provide more details.
