The product is good but for what they charge the service really stinks. Every time I call during business hours and always told they are to busy call back later. The kicker is DJI is always asking for feedback on their support to make sure they are doing a good job.

Just to let you know.  I have been waiting about 57 days now for my Inspire to be repaired.  Just got my "invoice" last Saturday, 53 days after check in.   $129 total for repairs.  $64.00 for the replacement arm and $65.00 for labor.  I really can't complain on the cost, just the LONG wait time to repair it.
