This has probably been asked, but I'm not finding a reference...

I truly hoped when I saw the new app/FW that we're in for a meaningful upgrade, paper gaps even with the near 1 year delayed waypoints, etc.  how disappointed I was...  Is there a really big thing this FW and app resolves?

Also, I've been in the beta test for autopilot. Admittedly, due to personal reasons I've not spent the time I should have in it.   I assume upgrading to the new FW and app renders the Flight Logic FW and Autopilot testing obsolete?  If it does, one has to wonder why DJI released it knowing there's the beta testing going on.  (I might be totally wrong)

Any thoughts?

(Sorry if this has been discussed in another thread.  I just can't find it)

Don't update to the new firmware of DJI if you want to test the Autoflight logic app. You can find a beta firmware on their website which works well with Autoflight and Dji GO.
They will inform us when we can switch definitely to the official Dji firmware.
