4 months for a repair. no phone support. no reply via email. no chat support (just a bot). There is no possible way to get ahold of an employee at DJI. This is incredibly frustrating and we should all demand phone support. waiting months for anything is like taking a time machine to 1980's repair service. they have all these resources at their figertips in a modern age and not one works. no phone, no email, no chat.
perhaps maybe a DJI batsignal would be more helpful? DJI obviously ignores their customers on purpose.
