I'm very new to quadcopters 1st build was a 450 size using the kk2 .

Has anyone set there quad up using the Spekrum DX6


Cannot seem to find any info on setting up all flight modes / failsafe and autopilot etc , have worked some details out but still confused lol.

Also which rx would be suitable , my dx6 came with the AR610 , really not sure I could setup failsafe with this rx.

No you can't setup the failsafe with that receiver, the failsafe will work on throttle output and others are disabled.

I had a DX6i and F550 with gaza V2, it's possible to setup switches to have 3 flight modes, IOC and failsafe. You can use orangeRX 615 as receiver for example.
